Our Policies
We value strong, long-term relationships with the producers we serve. Our policies are designed to support reliable scheduling, fair pricing, and consistent, high-quality service for everyone. Please take a moment to review the details below, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Pickup hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
We kindly ask that payment and pickup occur within 7 days of notification that your product is ready. After 7 days, a storage fee of $10 per animal, per day will apply.
Long-term storage is available for an additional monthly fee once processing has been paid in full.
If we do not receive communication or payment within 16 business days of completion, Western Heritage Meat Company reserves the right to repossess/donate/dispose of the product to cover processing costs.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Cash and check are preferred.
Please note that a 3.5% convenience fee applies to credit card payments.
Payment is due before product pickup, unless other arrangements have been made in advance with management.

A credit card is required at the time of booking and will be kept on file for your convenience. No charges will be made unless there is a cancellation or no-show.
We kindly ask for at least 30 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With proper notice, no cancellation fee will apply.
For no-shows or cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the scheduled kill date, the following cancellation fees will apply: $100 per beef, $60 per hog, $30 per sheep or goat, and $180 per bison or yak.
